Social Security Disability

Sometimes an injured worker cannot return to work for a year or more, or at all.  When that happens, both Social Security Disability and workers' compensation are, or may be, available.

When should you apply for both programs?  How are the benefits coordinated?  What are the legal standards for each of the programs?  Is one of the programs harder to win than the other?

Permanent total disability is devastating.  When it is the result of an on-the-job injury, both programs should participate.  To ensure that benefits are properly coordinated and fully paid, you should have legal help.  For further information, call us at 406 728-4682 or go to our website.
